Our Winter Athletic Program is open to all 7th and 8th Grade students attending Eversole Run Middle School. The season begins in mid-to-late October. The following sports are offered: Wrestling (non-cut). Boys and Girls Basketball are both sports that require a try-out.

The information below has been created for you to sign your child up for Eversole Run Middle School Winter Sports.


#1- Final Forms. Be sure to create a Final Forms account at Both the parent AND student-athlete must create a Final Forms account AND sign all necessary forms for the Winter. 

While completing forms on Final Forms, please make sure you specify the sports your child plans on trying out for/playing in 2022-2023. If your child plans on trying out for a cut sport, you can sign your child up for that sport AND a non-cut sport (as a back-up plan). This will ensure you are on the coaches' e-mail group. Coaches will contact all those who sign up during the month of October to inform you of any details regarding practice/try-outs. #2- OHSAA Physical. Schedule a Physical Exam with your family physician. Have him/her complete the required OHSAA Physical Form. These are valid for (1) calendar year. A valid form needs to be submitted to the Athletic Department by 10/24/2022. The preferred method of submission is to upload your OHSAA Physical form directly to Final Forms. #3- Wait/Attend Mandatory Practices/Try-Outs. After you complete all of the information above, the coaches should informational e-mails over the month of October with the practice/try-out schedule and reminders. Also, make sure your child attends all mandatory practices/try-outs listed on this web-site.


For sport specific information, such as try-out practice/game schedules and coach contact information, click on "Winter Sports" in the left navigation menu. This information will be loaded to the web-site no later than late-September.
