Cheer Tryouts - May 25 from  3:15 - 5:30 -  This will be for both Fall Football & Winter Basketball squads.

- All participants in the clinic and tryouts must have a current athletic physical on file with the Athletic Office PRIOR to participation.  Blank physical forms can be printed from the Athletic Website in the Forms & Download section.  Completed physicals can be turned into the main office when completed.

What is Needed to Participate?

1. Current Physical:  All students wishing to participate must have a current physical on file with the athletic office.  Ohio High School Physical Forms can be found and printed from the Davis Athletic Website.  

2.  Final Forms Registration:  All students that wish to play this sport must be registered in the Final Forms database.  Directions for creating an account and signing up for a sport can be found in the Forms & Downloads section of the Athletic Website.  All forms must be completed by a parent/guardian and the athlete.
