Dublin City Schools is excited to launch ParentSquare, a new communication platform designed to keep families connected and informed.

Beginning with the 2026-2027 school year, ParentSquare will be our primary platform for school communication. Families will receive messages through email, app, voice, and/or text, helping everyone stay informed and involved.

An account is automatically created for each parent or guardian using the contact information in our Infinite Campus student information system. We encourage parents/guardians to complete the five steps by June 30.

Getting Started

Follow these five steps to activate your ParentSquare account:

  1. Check your inbox for your ParentSquare invitation email.

  2. Click Activate your account and follow the prompts.

  3. Download the free ParentSquare app for iOS or Android, or log in at www.parentsquare.com.

  4. Set your language preferences.

  5. Choose how and when you'd like to receive messages.

Can't Find Your ParentSquare Invitation? No Problem.

You do not need an invitation email or an active invitation link to register for ParentSquare.

To activate your account:

  1. Visit www.parentsquare.com/signin.
  2. Select “Register.”
  3. Enter the email address or phone number associated with your Infinite Campus Parent Portal account.
  4. Follow the prompts to complete your registration.

If your original invitation link says it is inactive or you can’t find the invitation email, simply follow the steps above. There is no need to request a new invitation.
