Asbestos Management Plan

In compliance with the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA), signed into law on October 22, 1986, Dublin City Schools has developed and maintains an Asbestos-Containing Material (ACM) Management Plan for each of its school buildings.

This plan was created in accordance with federal regulations and includes inspections, response actions, and ongoing monitoring to ensure the safety of students, staff, and visitors.

The plan is available for public review in person at the Dublin City Schools District Office (5175 Emerald Parkway, Dublin, OH 43017) and in each school building during normal business hours. To request an in-person review, please submit a written request at least five (10) business days in advance to info@dublinschools.net.
