City School students seeking summer jobs will have an opportunity this spring
to meet prospective seasonal employers and practice job interviewing skills that
they will need in future endeavors.
On Saturday April 7,
from 9 a.m.-noon in the Jerome cafeteria, Dublin City
Schools and the Dublin Chamber of Commerce will be collaborating to present:
Dublin Works! A Summer Job Fair for Dublin City Schools Students. Several
hundred students attend the event each year.

“This event provides our students with real world experiences like interviewing and networking, while also providing them with a chance to obtain seasonal employment in our community,” said Superintendent Dr. Todd Hoadley. “The summer job fair is a great example of the District’s partnership with the Chamber and with our business community.”

later date, while some hold interviews at the event. Student work permit
paperwork for those under 18 will be available at the job fair or in the high
school guidance offices.
