Wyandot Families:

It has been another positive and productive week at Wyandot. There was a lot of focus this week on collaboration, flexible thinking and empathy. Our 3rd grade students were wonderful representatives of Wyandot at the Columbus Symphony Orchestra. Our 5th grade Cog classroom is hosting a spirit week next week to raise money for victims of Hurricane Irma. The goal of the spirit week is to raise at least $1000 for the Key West community, as Mrs. Mathy has a personal connection to many families in Key West. In addition to these classes, all classrooms are working extremely hard every day to accept challenging tasks, take risks and think flexibly.

We are also excited about our upcoming Blue Ribbon Celebration on October 13. The entire Wyandot community is invited to attend our celebration on Friday, October 13 from 2:30-3:15pm. The celebration will take place on the Wyandot playground. If you are attending, we are encouraging walking, biking and carpooling of families since parking will be extremely limited. As you arrive, please proceed to the playground. We look forward to seeing many of you at our celebration!

As always, thank you for everything you do for the students of Wyandot!

Your partner in education,

Mrs. Schwartz
