2018 State Testing Information

Starting next week, Ohio State Testing will begin at Karrer Middle School.  Let's work together and make your child's experience a positive and successful one!  Students will be taking the tests using computers and ChromeBooks.  Please encourage your child to bring headphones that plug in to the computer on the days of testing for their grade level.  Please click on the Read More link to the right to view our schedule for testing by grade level:

5th to 6th Grade Parent Curriculum & Music Night

Karrer Middle School would like to thank all our families that came to our 5th to 6th Grade Family Curriculum Night on Monday, 3.5.18 at 6:30 PM.  Please save the date of August 8th from 4:30 to 7:00 PM, our KMS 6th Grade Orientation Evening.  We will provide a ton of information for all 6th grade students and parents that evening, we hope you can join us.  In addition, students will get their school pictures taken that night.  Please plan to stick around and visit with all our KMS families and even some KMS alumni after our orientation at our PTO Welcome Back Food Truck Picnic from 7 to 8:30 PM in the front bus loop of KMS.

KMS Parking Lot Navigation and Drop Offs

KMS parents and visitors:  Tullymore and our KMS parking lot is very busy during peak drop-off and pick up-times at the start and end of our school day.  This added traffic makes it very difficult for our buses to get into the bus lane in a timely fashion and is causing back-ups on Tullymore Road.  To help alleviate these issues we are asking for everyone to please read and follow these drop-off and pick-up procedures.  Please use the "Read More" link to the right to see our procedures and a diagram of our KMS parking lot traffic flow pattern:
