Bio: Mr. Aurin began his career with Dublin City School District as a Biology teacher in 2000 at Dublin Scioto High School. He was an inaugural staff member at Jerome in 2004 and served as a teacher, Science Department Chair, and Assistant Principal through 2015. He then served four years at Jonathan Alder High School as their building Principal before returning to Jerome in 2019 as the building Principal.
Mr. Aurin obtained his B.S. in Biology from The Ohio State University. He holds M.Ed in Education from John Carroll University and an M.Ed. in Educational Policy and Leadership from Miami University. He is a member of the Ohio Association of Secondary School Administrators (OASSA) and the National Association of Secondary School Principals (NASSP).
Mr. Aurin resides in Plain City with his wife Carrie and two children, Charlie (13) and Nora (10). He enjoys home improvement projects, watching his kids in their sports activities, exercise, and relaxing on his deck with his wife and Great Dane, Millie.

Bio: Donita Hampton joined Dublin Jerome as an Assistant Principal in 2021. Previously, she served as a Principal at The 9X Impact and as an Assistant Principal at the Encore Academy for Reynoldsburg City School District. Prior to that she was an Assistant Principal at Whitehall-Yearling for 2 years. Donita began her teaching career at Jonathan Alder High School where she taught Computer Applications and coached girls varsity track and field for 4 years. She finished her teaching career at Central Crossing high school as a business teacher.
Donita obtained her Bachelor degree in Business, Services and Technology from Eastern Michigan University and a Masters degree in Educational Leadership from Ashland University.
Donita resides in Hilliard with her husband, David, and two daughters, Zayna and Zaria. She enjoys watching Zayna play college soccer and Zaria play golf. She also enjoys watching Michigan sports and spending time with family and friends.

Bio: Jerry Obney became an Assistant Principal at Jerome in 2016. Prior to administration, he spent two years at Madison Junior High School, teaching 7th and 8th-grade Science. He spent three years at Celebration High School as a Biology and Environmental Science teacher where he coached both baseball and wrestling. Most recently Jerry spent 7 years teaching Biology and AP Environmental Science at Thomas Worthington High School.
Mr. Obney earned his B.S. at Ashland University and an M.Ed. at Stetson University in DeLand, Florida.
He lives in Powell with his wife, Jaymie, and his two sons, Parker and Graham. He enjoys fishing, boating, hiking, and playing sports with his children.

Bio: Miss Small began her career in St. Pete Beach in Florida in Special Education, where she spent 3 years as the team leader before moving back to Ohio to be closer to family. Miss Small taught for 9 years in Olentangy Local Schools as an Intervention Specialist both at the elementary and high school level. She began with Dublin City Schools as an Intervention Specialist teacher in 2020 at Hopewell Elementary School. She served as an Intervention Specialist and Special Education team leader.
Miss Small obtained her B.S. in K-12 Intervention Specialist from Bowling Green State University, where she was a gymnast and cheerleader. She holds an M.Ed in Educational Leadership from the American College of Education.
Miss Small resides in Dublin with her rescue lab mix, Koby. She enjoys spending time with family, friends and her dog, in addition to sports, hiking and any outdoor adventures.

Bio: Dr. Arnold became an Assistant Principal at Dublin Jerome in 2021. Prior to administration, he was a Social Studies teacher at Dublin Jerome from 2011-2016 and 2018-2020. Dr. Arnold spent two years teaching at Dublin Coffman before coming to Jerome.
Dr. Arnold obtained his B.A. in History from Wittenberg University. He received his M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from Miami University and his Ph.D. in Curriculum, Culture, and Change from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Dr. Arnold lives in Westerville with his wife Jennifer and their four children, Malachi (6), Isaiah (6), Shiloh (3), and Canaan (1). He loves spending time with his family, going on dates with his wife, running, lacrosse, and a great cup of coffee.

Bio: Joe Bline received his undergraduate degree from Kenyon College in Biology, a Master in Sports Administration from Ohio University, and an Administrative License in Education from the University of Dayton. Joe was a four-year starter on the offensive line for the Lord’s football team which won their one and only NCAC Championship their senior year (1989).
Joe worked for the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill as the Assistant Ticket Manager, and the University of North Alabama as Assistant Athletic Director of Tickets, Operations, and Marketing. Returning home, he coached football, basketball, and track in Newark before he was hired as the Head Basketball Coach for the Johnstown Johnny’s. In four years at Johnstown Joe’s teams won 3 conference titles, 2 district titles and lost the Regional Final at the buzzer.
Joe coached the boys’ basketball team for the Dublin Jerome Celtics in 2007-08. The team won the OCC Cardinal Championship and posted their first winning record of 16-6. They were beaten in the District Semi-Final. Although he has served in many different roles, at different schools, Joe always held a special place in his heart for Dublin Jerome and is thrilled to be the Athletic Director here. He was hired as the Athletic Director here in August of 2017.
Joe has served as the Athletic Director at St. Marys Memorial, Marysville, Grandview, and Linden McKinley high schools. He was named Athletic Director of the Year by the Basketball Officials Association in 2015 and Athletic Director of the Year in 2017 by the Central Ohio Athletic Director’s Association. He currently serves as the Treasurer of the Central Ohio Athletic Director’s Association. Joe lives in Dublin with his wife Eileen and their three children; Steven, Lauren, and Aaron.
