• National Honor Society is a premier organization that recognizes outstanding high school students. In addition to academic success National Honor Society seeks to distinguish students who demonstrate dedication to the four core pillars: scholarship, service, leadership, and character. The Dublin Coffman High School Chapter values dedication to the four pillars prior to induction, through the application process, and after acceptance. Please read below for a description of each of the four pillars.

Scholarship: a student's dedication to academic achievement and knowledge acquired through study.

Service: a student's willingness to  voluntarily contribute to his or her school and community, done without compensation and with a positive, courteous, and enthusiastic spirit.

Leadership: a student's ability to act as a role model and have a positive and constructive influence on his or her community.

Character:  a student's demonstration of morality and ethics; students exemplify cooperativeness, high standards of honesty and reliability, courtesy, concern, and respect for others.
