STUDENT ABSENCE GUIDELINES & PRE-ARRANGED ABSENCE FORM:
PRIOR TO AN ABSENCE:
For an upcoming absence for vacation, surgery, etc., please fill out the Elementary School Pre-Arranged Absence Form, by clicking here
Return the form via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. This will avoid daily notifications from the automated attendant during the absence.
DAY OF ABSENCE:
Please send an email to email@example.com as well as
your child’s teacher by 8:30AM for absences due to illness, appointments
etc., to avoid notifications from the automated attendant. Absences that
are not excused per district guidelines will generate notifications regardless
of your email.
EARLY PICK-UP/CHANGE IN DISMISSAL
Please send an email in the morning to firstname.lastname@example.org
and your child’s teacher giving us notification that your child will be
leaving early, coming in late or has a change in dismissal. After 8:30 AM, call
the office as well because teachers may not have time to check email.
