Type 1 Diabetes
Dublin City Schools is dedicated to ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment for all students, including those managing Type I diabetes (T1D).
In compliance with state law, we have established procedures and training protocols to effectively support students with T1D, ensuring they can maintain their health and fully participate in all academic and extracurricular activities. Our trained staff work closely with parents, guardians, and healthcare providers to implement individualized care plans, respond to emergencies, and promote the overall well-being and academic success of students with diabetes.
