Safety and Security
The safety and security of our students is our number one priority.
We work closely with first responders to develop and submit an annual safety plan to the state, and we're always looking for ways to improve. Recent enhancements include shatter-resistant glass at all schools, bus cameras, and the formation of School Threat Assessment Teams. Our district also benefits from eight school resource officers and three safety coordinators dedicated to keeping our schools secure.
In addition to physical safety, we prioritize mental health by providing on-site Student Support Specialists, school counselors, and psychologists ready to respond in times of need. We urge everyone—students, staff, parents, and the community—to report any concerns through our anonymous tip line, available 24/7 at 1-866-LISTEN-2-ME.

Safety and Wellness Playbook
In partnership with the City of Dublin and Dublin Police, we've compiled a comprehensive Safety & Wellness Playbook to help families understand the measures in place to protect students. This document outlines our approach to various safety threats—from minor disruptions to major crises—and provides insight into the ways we plan, train, and mitigate risks in partnership with local law enforcement. We encourage all families to read through the playbook, which is linked below.
