As the year winds down and winter settles in, our kitchens are serving up comfort, joy, and plenty of delicious moments to end the quarter on a high note! December is the perfect time to gather around the table, share a few smiles, and enjoy the flavors that make this season so special.

The food service team has been hard at work planning menus filled with cozy favorites and fun seasonal twists! Whether it's a warm breakfast before class, a hearty lunch with friends, or a surprise treat before winter break.

December's Limited Time Offer!

Get ready to turn up the flavor! This month, we're serving something bold, cheesy, and crave-worthy!

The Jalapeno Popper Burger is layered with creamy jalapeno cream cheese, melted cheddar, and crispy turkey bacon with a blend of green onion and garlic, all served on a warm whole wheat bun. It's the kind of meal that brings the heat to your lunch tray!

Nutrition Corner

This month, we're digging deep and reaching for the tropics for Root Vegetable and Exotic Fruit Month!

Root vegetables like carrots, beets, and sweet potatoes grow underground and are packed with vitamins and nutrients that keep you energized and strong.

Exotic fruits such as mango, kiwi, and dragon fruit come from around the world, bringing a burst of color and sweetness to your plate!
