Facility Rentals
Dublin City Schools uses a software called FMX to request the rental of any of our facilities. Prior to reserving any space with Dublin City Schools, the District requires for each rental:
- A current certificate of insurance that meets District requirements is on file
- A signed (electronic or paper) Facilities Rental Agreement
Community members should create an account in the FMX system to rent facilities. When creating an account, you will be asked to upload the two documents listed above, as well as a 501C certificate if you are with a non-profit organization. Please allow us 24-48 hours to verify your user account before submitting your first request.
