Amy Messick, Vice-President
Amy is originally from Berea, Ohio, a college town just outside of Cleveland. Upon graduating from Kent State with a BS in Education, she moved to Dublin in 1998, and soon started teaching High School Social Studies at Hilliard Darby High School. While teaching, she earned her MS in Education with a focus on Educational Leadership from The University of Dayton.
Amy is married to her husband, Scott, and together they have two boys. Their oldest is currently at The Ohio State University, and their youngest is attending Dublin Coffman High School. Seeing and experiencing all that Dublin has to offer has allowed both her boys to excel in both academics and life.
Aside from her Board duties and her teaching, she is currently enrolled in a Masters in American History and Government program through Ashland University. Her other hobbies include cheering on Cleveland teams, reading, and time with family and friends.
