Dr. Miller joined the Dublin City School District as an English teacher in 1999 at Dublin Scioto High School. Since that time, he has served as an assistant principal at Dublin Coffman High School, principal at Grizzell Middle School, and the Director of Secondary Education prior to becoming the principal of Dublin Jerome High School.
Dr. Miller obtained his B.S. in Education, M.A. in Education, and Ph.D. in Educational Policy and Leadership from The Ohio State University. He served on the board of directors for the Ohio Association of Secondary School Administrators (OASSA), including one year as the president. In addition to his service on the OASSA board, Dr. Miller has chaired their Assistant Principal Committee, the Curriculum Leadership Committee, the Athletic Committee, and has presented at several OASSA conferences on topics varying from student discipline to curriculum in the 21st Century. He has also held an appointment as the treasurer on the board of the Ohio Capital Conference Academic League. Dr. Miller currently sits on the Ohio Department of Education Standards Board. In addition, he teaches graduate courses at The Ohio State University and Miami University on school law, data driven decision-making, ethics, and research methods. He has presented at the University Council on Educational Administration Conference, the American Educational Research Association Conference, and the Battelle for Kids Conference on topics pertaining to educational leadership.

Andy Wilkinson joined the Dublin City School District as a Math teacher in 2004 at Dublin Sells Middle School. While teaching various courses in all three middle school grades, Mr. Wilkinson served as a team leader for 5 years at both the 6th and 7th grade levels. In addition to teaching, Mr. Wilkinson coached baseball for 5 years and golf for 8 while working at Sells. During his time at Sells, he helped direct the after school OAA preparation and intervention programs. This will be Mr. Wilkinson’s 5th year as an assistant principal at Dublin Jerome High School.
Mr. Wilkinson obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Denison University. Mr. Wilkinson has a Master’s Degree in both Middle Childhood Education (Math and Science 4-9) from The Ohio State University and Educational Leadership from the University of Dayton. In addition to local conferences, Mr. Wilkinson participated in the 2015 Visible Learning Conference. He is a member of numerous educational associations including the Ohio Association of Secondary School Administrators (OASSA), the National Association of Secondary School Principals (NASSP), and the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development (ASCD).
Andy resides in Worthington with his wife Whitney and three children, Reagan, Riley, and Garrett. In his free time, Andy enjoys coaching and watching his kids in their various sports and activities, exercising early in the morning, and spending time with family and friends.

Jerry Obney is in his third year of administration. Prior to administration Jerry spent two years at Madison Junior High School teaching 7th and 8th grade science. He spent three years at Celebration High School as a Biology/Environmental Science teacher where he coached both baseball and wrestling. Most recently Jerry spent 7 years teaching Biology and AP Environmental Science.
Jerry earned his B.S. at Ashland University. He earned his M.Ed. at Stetson University in DeLand, Florida.
Jerry lives in Powell with his wife, Jaymie, and his two sons, Parker and Graham. He enjoys fishing, boating, hiking, and playing sports with his children.

Jaime Stewart is in her first year as an assistant principal at Dublin Jerome. Previously she served as an assistant principal at Dublin Coffman for four years and for eight years in South-Western City Schools. Prior to becoming an administrator, Mrs. Stewart was an intervention specialist in South-Western City Schools and Springfield City Schools. 
Mrs. Stewart obtained her Bachelor's Degree from Bluffton College in Elementary and Special Education. She earned her Master's Degree in Educational Leadership and Principal's License from the University of Dayton. Jaime earned her Superintedent License from The Ohio State University. She is currently a doctoral student at the University of Findlay in the Ed.D. program. Jaime is currently starting her sixth year as the Assistant Principal-at-Large on the Board of Directors at Ohio Association of Secondary School Administrators (OASSA). Jaime was the 2014 NASSP/OASSA/VIRCO State of Ohio Assistant Principal of the Year. 
Mrs. Stewart resides in Columbus with her husband, Spencer. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, walking her dog, Irish, watching sports, and reading.

Joe Bline received his undergraduate degree from Kenyon College in Biology. Master in Sports Administration from Ohio University and Administrative License in Education from the University of Dayton. Joe was a four-year starter on the offensive line for the Lord’s football team which won their one and only NCAC Championship their senior year (1989).

Joe worked for the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill as the Assistant Ticket Manager and the University of North Alabama as Assistant Athletic Director of Tickets, Operations, and Marketing. Returning home, he coached football, basketball and track in Newark before he was hired as the Head Basketball Coach for the Johnstown Johnny’s. In four years at Johnstown Joe’s teams won 3 conference titles, 2 district titles and lost the Regional Final at the buzzer.

Joe coached the boys’ basketball team for the Dublin Jerome Celtics in 2007-08. The team won the OCC Cardinal Championship and posted their first winning record of 16-6. They were beaten in the District Semi-Final. Although he has served in many different rolls, at different schools, Joe always held a special place in his heart for Dublin Jerome and is thrilled to be back as their Athletic Director.

Joe has served as the Athletic Director at St. Marys Memorial, Marysville, Grandview, and Linden McKinley high schools. He was named Athletic Director of the Year by the Basketball Officials Association in 2015 and Athletic Director of the Year in 2017 by the Central Ohio Athletic Director’s Association. He currently serves as the Treasurer of the Central Ohio Athletic Director’s Association. Joe currently lives in New Albany with his wife Eileen and their three children; Steven, Lauren and Aaron.
