• OhioHealth’s school-based health clinic provides preventive services including vaccinations, well-child visits and sports physicals. We aim to improve the health of Dublin students by offering easy and convenient access to health care within the school. The goal of a school-based clinic is to keep students healthy, reduce school absences and promote learning and development so students can achieve their full potential.

    OhioHealth provides well-child checks, sports physicals, and immunizations as follows:
     
    • April 24, 8:45 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. - FREE SPORTS PHYSICAL DAY
      • OhioHealth and Dublin Family Medicine are hosting a FREE sports physical day at Davis MS on Wednesday, April 24th during school hours. Sports physicals are good for an entire year.
      • All students need to do to receive a FREE sports physical is bring the completed OHSAA packet to school on Wednesday, April 24th.
