OhioHealth’s school-based health clinic provides preventive services including vaccinations, well-child visits and sports physicals. We aim to improve the health of Dublin students by offering easy and convenient access to health care within the school. The goal of a school-based clinic is to keep students healthy, reduce school absences and promote learning and development so students can achieve their full potential.

Who provides the services?
OhioHealth Dublin Family Medicine is a team of medical doctors and healthcare professionals committed to community-centered wellness.

What are the steps to receive services?
- Call 614-533-KIDS (5437) or contact your school nurse to make an appointment
- The child’s parent/guardian must provide consent for child to be seen by the doctor

- Appointments are available during school hours at school. Parents/guardians are always welcome, but don’t need to be present for the appointment. A doctor may reach out to you after the visit if needed.
- We will give your child a reminder card for any recommended follow-ups or vaccines. If your child requires an in-office appointment we will include information on how to schedule at our office located: OhioHealth Dublin Family Medicine, 7450 Hospital Drive, Suite 4500, Dublin, OH 43061
