2022 - Samara Fikes
"I feel like we live in a society that works against people who choose to do something different than a four-year college. However, I would like to attend Columbus State in their two-year program and get my real estate license."
Samara, a graduate from Dublin Scioto High School, is excited that this scholarship will give her with the opportunity to provide for her family.

2022 - Jose Covarrubias-Hernandez
"This award will change my future and enable me to attend Hondros College. The day I get my license it will allow me to financially support my family once I become one of the top 1 percent of realtors in Ohio."
Jose, a graduate from Dublin Jerome High School, is looking forward to this opportunity providing him with the tools to support his parents and siblings down the road.

2022 - Zoie Sheldon
"Obtaining this scholarship will greatly impact my ability to go to Mason Anthony School of Esthetics to become an esthetician."
Zoie overcame learning disabilities during her time with Dublin City Schools and has worked through a death in her close family. She is looking forward to the adventures after graduating from Dublin Coffman High School.

2022 - Awyar Bilal
"This award will help me achieve my goal of becoming an electrical engineer. A lot of people thought I wouldn't ever graduate but here I am. With above average grades, I proved many people wrong."
Awyar has lived in two different countries and had language barriers between Kurdish and English. He also learned Arabic along the way. Despite moving away from friends and family, Awyar is excited for his next chapter in life after graduating from Dublin Coffman High School.
