    LEGAL NOTICE

     

    Sealed bids will be received by the Dublin City School District Board of Education (the “Owner”), as provided in this notice for the Coffman HS Boiler Replacement Project (the “Project”). Contract documents, which include additional details of the Project, are on file and available at www.dublinschools.net, District Information, Legal Bids.

     

    Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to Dublin City School District Board of Education, ATTN: Jeff Stark, Chief Operating Officer, 6371a Shier Rings Road, Dublin, Ohio 43017 and plainly marked on the outside "DUBLIN CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT BOARD OF EDUCATION Coffman HS Boiler Replacement Project BID."  Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m., local time, May 27, 2021. Immediately after the time for their filing is expired, the bids shall be publicly read via live video conference. Details to attend the video conference are provided in the Instructions to Bidders.

     

    Questions regarding plans and specifications should be addressed in writing to bid@kramerengineers.com, Attn: Brett Kramer at Kramer Engineers.

     

    All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates do not apply.  No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility.
