Deputy Superintendent
The deputy superintendent oversees the Dublin City Schools Department of Academics and Student Learning and the Department of Human Resources. Also, acting as the superintendent's right hand, the deputy superintendent assists in providing leadership to the district that will yield the best possible learning experiences for all Dublin students. The deputy superintendent oversees the day-to-day operations of all facets of the school district. 

About Dr. Deagle

Dr. Tracey Deagle was the Davis Middle School principal for five years.  Previously, she was an assistant high school principal at Hilliard Darby High School and director of school improvement for the Greene County Educational Service Center.  She began her K-12 career as a teacher at Van Wert High School.
She was a member of the State Board of Education from 2009-10, a member of the Governor’s Early Child Advisory Council from 2009-11, and she served on the Ohio Fair Schools Board of Directors from 2006-07. 

Dr. Deagle has a bachelor’s degree in comprehensive social studies education from Ohio State University, a master’s degree in public policy from Indiana University Fort Wayne, and a doctorate in educational leadership from the University of Dayton.  She resides in Dublin with her family.
