Dear Riverside Families,

I hope everyone survived the snowy days of February.  We wish to extend a huge thank you to our parents and staff for their cooperation and good attitudes during early release day.  We are hoping March proves to be a much milder month!

Here at Riverside we have a busy month coming up beginning with Read Across America Week with a Songs Across America Concert by RMT.   Book Fair runs March 9 through 18, and will be open both conference nights.  Please be sure to contact your child’s teacher if you plan to attend conferences on March 11 or March 18 beginning at 4:00 pm. 

Our Jump Rope For Heart was a great success, despite the many weather delays, with Riverside raising over $1,600 for healthy hearts.   Corbi’s Pizza Sale is going well; results in next month’s newsletter.

This is also the end of the second Trimester.  Progress Reports will come home prior to spring break.   

Whether you are staying at home or are off to warmer climates, we wish you a fabulous spring break.
