Wyandot Families:

Congratulations! Wyandot Elementary is a 2017 National Blue Ribbon School. Wyandot received official word on this amazing accomplishment on Thursday afternoon. The National Blue Ribbon Schools Program recognizes public and private elementary, middle, and high schools based on their overall academic excellence or their progress in closing achievement gaps among student subgroups. Every year the U. S. Department of Education seeks out and celebrates great American schools, schools demonstrating that all students can achieve to high levels. This is a great accomplishment for the entire Wyandot community and Dublin City Schools. The Blue Ribbon Award recognizes the dedication and commitment of our entire team as we always do what is best for students.

Wyandot will be hosting a Blue Ribbon celebration on October 13 from 2:30-3:15 on the Wyandot playground, as long as weather permits. The entire Wyandot community is welcome to join in our celebration. We will send out more information as we continue to plan.

Thank you for everything you do for the students of Wyandot. Wyandot will continue to do great things because we all make a great team!

Your partner in education,

Mrs. Schwartz
