At Wyandot, we always work to educate the whole child. Every month we celebrate all the great things happening at Wyandot with our Eagle Pride Day. On Eagle Pride Day, we celebrate our classroom accomplishments, dress in Eagle Pride theme and colors, and have pizza with the principal. Each grade level has an assigned month to create a theme for Eagle Pride Day. To have pizza with the principal, teachers select 2-4 students from their classrooms who are leaders, helpful, empathetic, goal achievers, or demonstrate other similar qualities each month. These students eat pizza with me on the stage where we introduce our Eagle Pride winners and celebrate their success together. Our students and staff really look forward to this day each month. Our first Eagle Pride day in on September 29. The theme for this month is NEON Day! Students and staff should wear their brightest and boldest neon clothing on the 29th. The grade level with the most participation will earn extra time with me! At Wyandot, when we work hard, we deserve time to celebrate too.
Thanks for everything you do for the students at Wyandot!

Thanks to the celebration book donations, we have already purchased several new books for the library. If you and your child still want to participate, please have the forms and donations in by September 29.
The library is in need of age appropriate books written in foreign languages. We have many students at Wyandot who speak different languages, and they like to check out books in their primary language as well as English. If you have extra books, please consider donating them to our library.
Thanks for all of your support!

To get a jump on our school’s earnings for the year we are having a classroom contest October 2nd through 6th! Please turn in any Box Tops you have to your teacher in a Ziploc baggie with your teacher's name and grade. The class that submits the most will win some fun classroom supplies!
