Hello Scioto Families:

It’s been a great finish to a fantastic school year!  Thanks to all of our students and families for your contributions to all that we have accomplished.  We look forward to celebrating with our seniors on Sunday and anticipate their bright futures.

Look for information pertinent to the 2017-18 school year coming your way soon.  I know as much as we will enjoy the summer, we will look forward to the start of school again in August.

I wish you an enjoyable break, some fun, and relaxation.  Our students work hard and so do the people who support them.  Whatever you do this summer, spend some time with your family.  GO IRISH!

Attention Parents of Junior Students

The clinic needs documentation of TWO meningitis vaccines in order to attend school senior year. The state has mandated the MCV4 (also known as the meningitis shot, Menactra, Menomune, or Menveo) for the 2016-2017. The first dose is typically given around age 11 or 12. The second dose must be given after age 16. Please check your immunization records and if there is no evidence of TWO meningitis vaccines, please call your physician or health department for an appointment and provide the clinic with a copy of your completed shot record ASAP! Questions? Call your school clinic! THANK YOU!
