September 8, 2017

On Monday, we will be having our Celebration of Heroes event in honor of Patriot’s Day. The Wyandot team will be honoring our first responders. We have invited the Dublin Police Department and Washington Township Fire Department to join in our celebration. Our students have created a video, selected music, written letters and made medals for all of our local heroes. We would also like our students to wear red, white and blue on Monday. Our heroes go above and beyond for us everyday, and we want to take the time to thank them for everything they do to keep us safe. Please consider talking with your child about what makes a hero, and having them share activities that they have done this week to learn about our heroes. We are looking forward to honoring those who keep us safe here in our community.
