Board committee assignments were also established during the organization meeting. The Board’s committees include: athletic council, business advisory council, policy review, technology, City of Dublin, OSBA Legislative, Tolles Technical Center, The Dublin Fund, Dublin Education Foundation, Metropolitan Educational Council, Finance, Human Resources, and Learning and Teaching.

The Board changed its meeting day of the week for 2010 from Tuesday to Monday, with two exceptions. One in April, and one in November when the Board will meet on Thursday. The complete 2010 Board of Education meeting schedule is below.

Members of the public may address the board on any topic at the first meeting of the month, and agenda items only at the second meeting of each month. Check the district’s web site, www.dublinschools.net, for any schedule changes.

Golden Shamrock awards are always presented at the first meeting of each month, October-May.
