On Thursday, February 18, 2016 the students and staff of Olde Sawmill will be visiting Dublin Scioto High School to view "Seussical, the Musical."  A flyer went home with students. It only needs to be returned if the student is unable to go on the field trip.  Please return the form by February 17th if your child cannot go on this field trip. The field trip will be from 9:15-12:00. It is sponsored by our OSE PTO! This is an all school event except for preschool and pm kindergarten. The students will have lunch upon their return to OSE. Students not attending the field trip will be admitted to school at 12:30pm. No parent chaperones or volunteers are needed for this field trip. Bus transportation is provided between OSE and Scioto. The students at OSE are excited to be able to watch the Scioto students and some of their peers from OSE perform in this fabulous production.

We grow thinkers: Building a culture of enrichment
By Kimberly Pietsch Miller
Chief Academic Officer
During the first few weeks of the new school year, you may see members of our staff wearing “We grow thinkers” wristbands. This is not a new catch phrase, but a historic mantra we are reinventing this school year as we sharpen our instructional focus on creativity, critical thinking, personalized learning, and enrichment for all students.
