Dublin Leadership Academy
This staff-led, two-day professional development program for teachers is unique to Dublin City Schools. The 2016 theme focused on “What Difference Do You Make?” and approximately 600 teachers attended more than 60 sessions on a wide variety of topics including the gifted model, creativity in the classroom, global learning, social and emotional issues and improving student research skills.

Instructional Rounds
Instructional rounds allow our administrative interns and assistant principals to observe teachers at schools other than their own and have discussions with colleagues across the District.

Principal Academy
This professional development program provides a way for principals across the District to collaborate with one another and share best practices.
