Golden Shamrock Nomination Form
Established in 1990 to recognize outstanding contributions, the Golden Shamrock Award is presented by the Golden Shamrock Committee seven times each year (October to May, with the exception of January) to two employees who have made noteworthy contributions to the district. If someone you know has gone above and beyond, tell us how, what they did, and they might just be awarded the Golden Shamrock. The Golden Shamrock Committee is comprised of representatives from local businesses, the City of Dublin, the Dublin City Schools, and the community. The Kroger Company is the sole sponsor of the award.
Submission Deadlines for the remainder of 2013: Sept. 18, Oct. 23, and Nov. 18.
