Update to the Required Athletic Parent Meeting Schedule...
The Athletic Parent Meeting scheduled for Thursday,  February 11,  has been moved to Tuesday, March 8.  That meeting will also take place at 7:00pm in the school commons.
All other meeting dates and times will remain the same.

Here is the information you need to know in order to try out or participating in our Spring Sports programs this Spring.

*  Baseball & Softball (7th & 8th grades teams)  -  "Cut" Sport
*  Boys Tennis - (Combined 7th & 8th grade team) - "Cut" Sport
*  Boys & Girls Lacrosse (Combined 7th & 8th grade teams) - "Non-Cut" Sport
*  Boys & Girls Track Team (Combined grade levels) -  "Non-Cut" Sport

*  Current Athletic Physical On File:  This Ohio High School Form MUST be on file with the Athletic Office by the first day of tryouts or participation in any sport.  If you played a Fall or Winter sport at Davis,  those physicals are good for one calendar year from the date of the exam.  If you are unsure as to the expiration date of your child's physical,  contact the Athletic Office.

*  Required Ohio High School Parent Meeting:  All athletic participants MUST have a parent / guardian attend one of the scheduled Athletic meetings required by OHSAA and Dublin City Schools.  If you attended one of the Fall or Winter meetings,  and you are on the official attendance rosters, you do not have to attend again.  If a parent or guardian fails to attend one of the scheduled meetings,  their athlete may be removed from competition.  Please contact the Athletic Office if you have any questions.

Required Sports Forms on Parent Dashboard
PARENT DASHBOARD - SPORTS FORMS & EMERGENCY MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION

The required forms for Davis Athletic participation can be found on the Dublin on-line "Parent Dashboard."  This is an on-line student/parent information management system that offers opportunities for families to create and submit on-line forms.  Each parent will need to create an Athletic Emergency Medical Authorization Form for his/her child before the first date of participation in either tryouts or practice.

3.  Once you reached your dashboard, click on "Forms."

4.  Select "Optional Forms."
