Athletic Updates for 4/17...
*  Tennis match with Memorial is canceled due to major illness with Hilliard team.   Players being sent home after school due to District Family Night.
*  All other events on as scheduled. 
 
Adjusted Girls Lax Game Schedule
The girls lax game on 4/17 at Hyatts was moved to Wednesday,  4/16 due to the needs of officials.  Coaches have already sent out update. 
Annual Davis Flower Sale Underway!
The Davis Athletic Department has kicked off its Annual Flower Sale.  The sale runs from March 20 through April 15!  There are several ways to order some great flowers from Straders Garden Center.

1.  If you know a Davis Athlete,  don't delay,  contact them today if they have not contacted you yet.

2.  You may also go to the (Forms for Download) section of the main Athletic Page and          download all the information and forms you need to order flower's on line.

3.  You may also stop by the main office and pick up a form today!

6th Grade Sports Camps 2014
The Davis Middle School Athletics Department is once again offering our 6th Grade Sports Camps this Spring!  Our camps are designed to allow 6th Grade students the opportunity to "tryout" or explore the many sports opportunities they will be able to take advantage of next school year.  Led by qualified and experienced coaches from our staff,  kids will be able to learn the fundamental skills of each sport, become acquainted with and develop a rapport with their "future" coaches and have a great time with their friends!

Registrations are due no later than Wednesday,  April 16.  Return forms to your academic team leader or the main office.

Cheerleading Tryouts for Fall 2014 School Year
Tryouts for the Davis Football & Basketball Cheerleading squads for next year will take place on May 29,  2014.  In order for tryouts,  each participant must have a current physical on file in the athletic office.  Each candidate will be directed to pick up a Tryout packet from Coach Back prior to camp and tryouts.  Announcements will be made when those packets become available.
Camp Dates:  May 27 & 28 -  5:30 - 8:00 each day in the gym.
Tryout Date:  May 29 - 5:30 - 8:45 in the gym.

Required Sports Forms on Parent Dashboard
PARENT DASHBOARD - SPORTS FORMS & EMERGENCY MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION

The required forms for Davis Athletic participation can be found on the Dublin on-line "Parent Dashboard."  This is an on-line student/parent information management system that offers opportunities for families to create and submit on-line forms.  Each parent will need to create an Athletic Emergency Medical Authorization Form for his/her child before the first date of participation in either tryouts or practice.

3.  Once you reached your dashboard, click on "Forms."

4.  Select "Optional Forms."

5.  Complete an "Athletic Emergency Medical Authorization Form."
