Students have access to the library before, during and after school (7:45am to 3:30pm).

Student users of the Scioto Library can:
- Read, study, work with peers and use computers in a relaxed learning environment.
- Check out books, audio books, playaways, and DVDs. 
- Use iPads, laptops and scanners (in-library only).
- Read over 30 different magazines.
- Access The Columbus Dispatch newspaper online.
- Research 24/7 with library databases and eBooks accessed through the Library website (password sheets available for at home access).
- Make copies: 10 cents for black/white and 25 cents for color. 
**Obtain reading literacy, technology and research assistance from a library staff member (Mrs. Cassaro and Mrs. Finley).
Library iPads
The library has two iPads available for check out for in-library use.  You can work on school work using the Office2 HD app, save to your cloud, read an Ebook, take videos or photos for school projects or read one the DSHS magazines. Ask the library staff how you can check one out. 
Columbus Dispatch E-Edition Available Now!
Want to read an E-Edition of the Columbus Dispatch? Stop by the library for the username and password. You can access the edition by going to http://www.dispatch.com and clicking the E-Edition link at the top of the page and then logging in with the username and password for Scioto.  
DSHS Book Club
The DSHS Book Club will resume, again, next school year.  Check back for more information.


African Library Project Club
Dublin Scioto High School Library, through the help of its International Baccalaureate students and Scioto Community, has built its sixth library in Africa by collecting 1000 books and $600 (funds needed to ship the books).
